• Check your ceiling.  A wet ceiling can be unstable and very dangerous.
• Check for electrical shock hazards.  Lights on indicates that your power is on and the area is dangerous.
• Be aware of contaminated water and hidden hazards in the water.  Do not go into the standing water if you think it is potentially contaminated or their could be a hidden hazard.
