Mitigation and restoration

This particular customer had an ongoing water issue. The problem was that every time it rained the window wells would fill up and flood out the basement. Because of the water problem the basement could not be used as livable space or even a storage area.  SERVPRO of Farmingdale/Massapequa was called in to assess the situation. It was determined that the wells be dug out and filled with gravel to allow for proper drainage. Once the homeowner allowed for a few rain storms to pass it was obvious that the problem was solved. The basement was then transformed into a beautiful living space for the family to enjoy.
