Mold in a Micro Brewery
SERVPRO of Farmingdale/Massapequa was hired to perform a mold mitigation in the storage area of a Micro Brewery. The area of concern was actually in a ventilated storage area. The building owners hired an outside assessment firm to complete pre testing and establish a protocol. SERVPRO set up the appropriate containment and negative air and followed the third party protocol. All areas were vacuumed wiped and vacuumed again. The entire project to 3 days to complete. The containment remained in place until post testing was performed and the results came back favorable. The containment was then removed and the storage area was able to be utilized again.
