Commercial flood

SERVPRO of Farmingdale/Massapequa was called in to a commercial strip mall to mitigate a sewage backup in a womans clothing store. The waste lines were clogged and flooded the store with category 3 water. Upon our arrival we cordined of the affected areas with caution tape and cones. This was to help avoid any slip and fall issues. The Merchandise was protected and moved to a safe area. Once extraction was performed the area was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We validated and set up the required amount of drying equipment to begin the drying process. In a short time the store was able to reopen for business.
